Either God has all glory, or is capable of losing it
The Catholic view, is summed both in- Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the begining, is now, and every shall be, world without end Amen.
And For the kingdom, power and glory are yours, now and forever- amen
Essentially, any glory is God's already- all the more, should it be given to those due it. Sin, of course, is a denial of truth- to deny that God has such Glory, but as the bible shows, it is not destroyed, when given to God, by honouring others (this does not apply to Latria, which is God's alone).
Should we only give God glory?
The simple answer is no, rather the opposite.
While adoration (worship), is due to God, and God alone, we should indeed honour those deserving.

Yes, Adoration ("worship"), is due to God, and only God, yet honour, such as that the saints and Mary deserve, is not only right to give, but demanded in some circumstances.
